Missing Products
- EH needs to be notified of missing product within 24 hours from delivery date via email to Hello@EarthHarvests.com, Fresh Produce needs to be informed either at time of delivery to the delivery person or to the management withing 6 hours.
- We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product
Product Spoilage, Damage, or Appearence
- EH needs to be notified of spoilage or any other issue of the product within 24 hours of delivery via email at Hello@EarthHarvests.com or on our whats app number listed on the website, Fresh Produce needs to be informed either at time of delivery to the delivery person or to the management withing 6 hours.
- In the email please mention , order number, along with reason and a clear images or video of the product is requested to be shared
- These are ‘natural products and we will be hugely disappointed if the reasons for retuan is variance in taste, texture, colour or aromas or even a little bit of jolting during delivery
- Product will be replaced and we assure a fair outcome at all times.
- Email /Whats App message will be responded to within 24, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
