Earth Harvests' mission is to create a food ecosystem that buzzes with a sense of community, sustainability, and responsibility reflecting what we call Net Eco Positive (NetEco+). Can we collectively create a thriving Farm to Table community that addresses each sum of the entire supply chain in a manner that equals a net ecosystem positive outcome.

Leadership Team
Aniish Shah, Founder
Aniish Shah is a man who wears many hats, and each one fits him perfectly. As a co-founder of Earth Harvests, he has shown that he has a deep love and respect for the environment, and a keen interest in sustainable farming. Having spent 16 years in the corporate world, including stints at Network18, he knows how to navigate the complex world of marketing and business strategy. Always an explorer, Aniish ventured into uncharted territories to explore options closer to nature such as farming using regenerative agriculture techniques, and developed newer consumer connect points, which during Covid, grow into a thriving consumer business starting with fresh foods. His passion for sustainability led him to explore the energy business, where he took charge of the environment by developing sustainable and greener projects for a better future. He saw himself as a gardener, planting the seeds of change that will bloom into a brighter future for generations.
His love for the earth is evident in his passion for terrace farming. And with a concept of bio-dynamic farming, he has developed an expertise in Nakshatra-based farming, a form of farming that takes the lunar calendar into account to maximize the yield and quality of the produce. Like a conductor of a symphony, he orchestrates the elements of the earth to create a harmonious balance that benefits both the farmer and the consumer. Anish is not just a businessman, but also an artist. He sees the beauty in the world around him and finds creative ways to bring that beauty to others. Aniish credits his customer with helping tell the story of Earth Harvests, and to bring the beauty and bounty of the earth into a Eat Responsibly movement. His work at Earth Harvests is a testament to the power of one man's passion to make a difference in the world.
Komal Varma, Co-founder
As an ex-CPO@ Future Group-E Commerce, Enabling Growth-People-Culture,  Earth Harvests Co-founder Komal has rich experience in Leadership & Strategic HR business partnership roles across MNC, Indian companies & start up environments. She is well experience in diverse industries – D2C Brands, E Commerce, InsureTech, Retail, Aviation, Experiential Marketing, Engineering & Media Solutions.
Komal has a significant track record of setting up a credible HR function in companies which have either been in an early stage of setting up operations or has scaled up aggressively in a short time span. Special focus areas include:
a) HR Business partnership with Founders, CXOs & Business Heads
b) Talent acquisition particularly at leadership level & high potential talent
c) Devising & facilitating employee engagement & Talent management strategies
d) e) Architecture Employer Branding initiatives
f) Merger & Acquisition restructuring with key focus on cultural integration
g) Enhancing people capability by building a Learning & development culture.
Mona Kwatra, Advisory Board Member
Mona is Co-Founder, 9Colab Ventures and Advisory Board Member at TISS’s Centre of Excellence in Teachers Education (CETE). A seasoned integrated marketing advisor, she founded 9CoLab with the aim of dialling up profit with purpose. She currently helps early-stage Startups access integrated and affordable GoToMarket strategies that help build Scale & Skill with Speed.  Well versed with Bharat, India and Global markets, Mona has worked with has worked for companies like L & T Finance, Diageo India, Edelweiss Group, Bank of America and DSP Merrill Lynch. She also advises on capacity building for Social & ESG Impact Projects and is a strong advocate for nurturing 'partner-species'(flora & fauna) ecosystems.
Yagnesh Thakkar, Head of OperationsÂ
Yagnesh Thakkar, an expert in the grocery & superfood industry comes from a family who have been in this business for over a century. Born and raised in a family of grocery merchants, his passion for organic, natural and wholesome food is deeply ingrained in his DNA.
As a fourth-generation grocery merchant, he has gained an unmatched understanding of the industry's nuances and has witnessed its evolution over time. He is well-versed in the art of sourcing high-quality, produce and knows how to navigate the complexities of the food industry.
Yagnesh firmly believes that everyone should have access to nutritious food that is free of harmful chemicals and preservatives. And thus he works tirelessly to ensure that our company's values align with our mission to provide our customers with the highest quality produce.
When he is not busy working with us, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring new recipes using fresh, organic and chemical free ingredients. His love for food and commitment to sustainability make him an invaluable asset to our team, and we are grateful to have him as our partner.
